According to OUG 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, but there are clear exceptions that apply to our products:

Magic Bee Return Policy

1. Digital Products (E-books):

According to Art. 16(m) of GEO no. 34/2014, the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium is exempt from the right of withdrawal if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By purchasing and receiving the download link for "The Hair Bible (E-book)", you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

2. Print Editions (Print on Demand):

According to Article 16 (c) of GEO no. 34/2014, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of return. "The Hair Bible (Print Edition)" is an individually made, print-on-demand product and therefore cannot be returned for change of mind.

3. Cosmetic Products:

According to Article 16 (e) of GEO no. 34/2014, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of return. Magic Bee cosmetics can be returned only if they are in their original condition with the seal intact.

4. Damaged products or printing errors:

If the physical product arrives damaged or presents manufacturing defects (missing pages, severe printing errors), Magic Bee is committed to replacing the product free of charge. Please contact us at contact@magicbee-cosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching supporting photos.
